Science Club

This club is run by Ms Moores - if anyone would like more information about the Club or any planned events then please contact Ms Moores.

 

The Science Club runs every Tuesday lunchtime from 12:30 in the Terrapin.

Experiments with water

- surface tension, bulging water

 

7th November

More water experiments

- matchsticks and soap!

 

14th November

Syphoning water

- making water turbines

- tin cans and water pressure

 

21st November

Acids - what are they?

- making indicators to test acids

 

28th November

Testing for acid

- coke, squash, milk etc.

 

5th December

Making acids disappear

In the Spring Term we will look at flight and have RSPB's Big Bird Watch on January 23rd from 12.15-1.15. Adults with bird knowledge are welcome. This will take place during our lunchtime.
